'Rise of the Tomb Raider' Gameplay Teaser Trailer Revealed; Fans Get a Better Overview of What to Expect Before Purchasing

'Rise of the Tomb Raider' is a new release from Arekkz Gaming, containing 30 minutes of gameplay from Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics. Arekkz Gaming's YouTube channel put together a 30-minute video of gameplays, so that fans can get a better idea of what can be expected before buying the title.

Game Rant said the 30-minute video shows off portions of the Rise of the Tomb Raider's Soviet Installation mission, which will give a general overview to the fans of the title's exploration process, the in-game combat, hunting and foraging, the specific area's map layout, as well as the upgrades system. Essentially, it reveals what players will encounter during some side-quests when not finishing the primary goals required to move forward through the story.

The graphics of the gameplay will look beautiful on the Xbox One, and it will look great as well on the PC and PlayStation 4, once the title's timed-exclusive clause expires.

The half-hour video from the title's opening was published online a couple of week ago, and it complements today's presentation of in-game materials nicely.

Mozaaf said that what has been shown in the 30-minute video of the title proves that 'Rise of the Tomb Raider' has plenty of promise, and it's going to take a lot more to take competitors. After all, this action-adventure game faced stiff competition in its first week.

As 'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' releases the gameplay this Friday, and 'Fallout 4' will be coming out on the same day as well, Crystal Dynamics might take a hit in their sales, since Bethesda's and Activision's games are both multi-platform titles, and the deal could hurt 'Rise of the Tomb Raider' in the end.

'Rise of the Tomb Raider' is set for release on Nov. 10, 2015 as a timed-exclusive for the Xbox One and Xbox 360. It will arrive on PC in the first quarter of 2016, and then on PlayStation 4 in the fourth quarter.
