'Batman: Arkham Knight' PC Issues Update: Season Pass, Main Game Return Requirement for Full Refund Until Dec. 31; Happy Fans Receive Complete 'Arkham' Series

"Batman: Arkham Knight" fans were disappointed with the Oct. 28 re-release for PC as the game was still full of bugs. Warner Bros is now offering a full refund for all unhappy gamers.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" PC version was re-released back through Steam after it was pulled out just a few days when it was first released back in June. Previously, the technical issues with the game made it impossible to be played smoothly. With the recent release's same issues, Warner Brothers Entertainment Inc. is now offering refunds for players until the end of 2015, GameSpot reported.

"We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of 'Batman: Arkham Knight,'" the announcement wrote via Steam.

"We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve, but [we] understand that many of you are still experiencing issues," the post continued.

Additional "Batman: Arkham Knight" details were given by Yorick, the WBIE Community Manager, and stated that, "Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately)."

WBIE Community Manager, Yorick, also added that Rocksteady, the game developer, will continue and will keep addressing the current issues as well as any possible future issues for those who want to keep the game. However, there are portions of "Batman: Arkham Knight" that will remain unfixable, Yorick added.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" fans who still want to try out the game can still enjoy it through a Steam download. WBIE is also offering a token of gratitude for new and previous owners of the game by giving out the complete "Arkham" series which is made available until Nov. 16.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" was originally launched in June for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The console version did not experience anything similar to what the PC version has.
