In the latest round of the Charlie Sheen - Brooke Mueller 'Get Out of my House' battle, looks like Charlie's getting an edge on kicking Mueller out of the house. However, that would cost him $2.2 million!
TMZ is reporting that Charlie Sheen, 'The Anger Management' star has got an offer for his just-listed home. Apparently, a real estate company has offered to buy the house for $2.59 million and is proposing to close the deal in seven days if he agrees to the price.
In a letter obtained by the website from Dginger Group LLC, the company asserts that this is not the first time they are doing business with Sheen. The firm reminds Sheen that one of their partners has purchased one of his 'Harley Davidson Soft Tail Motorcycles' about a year back!

Sheen purchased the home for about $4.8 million from billionaire Tom Gores in October last year. He is so desperate to sell that he will gladly accept what he paid for the mansion back then. More recently, he was telling friends that he would even sell the place for a dollar if he could!
Sheen even had his attorney send a letter to Mueller about vacating the place ASAP, which Mueller's folks denied.
Charlie now has to decide between a dollar and some loss worth a couple of million dollars!

According to the listing records at Trulia, the residence is a 10,479 square feet single family residence, Comprising of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the home sits on a gated, private 0.84 acre compound.
Interiors show mixed ceilings and tiled flooring. The Spanish-style villa has two fireplaces, several walk-in closets and a separate sitting room too. A large green lawn and a spa plus pool adorn the exteriors of the home.
