A new report about Rocksteady's popular racing game "Grand Theft Auto Online" has surfaced on Thursday, saying that the game's future update will feature new weapons and Yacht customization. The news comes after DomisLive, a famous YouTube user and "GTA Online" expert, published a video showing the leaked downloadable contents, a report from iDigital Times said on Thursday.
According to the report, DomisLive's video reveals the game's upcoming weapons such as the AK-47 style gun, a sawed-off shotgun, a magnum pistol and a switchblade. Dom, the leaker, said that all details about the game's DLCs were taken from a reliable source.
"As for what update we will be getting these weapons in, it seems there could be something in the works regarding buying yachts and customizing them. While this information seems much less reliable, DomisLive says he will be putting his name behind this news. This does mean a good amount, seeing as how Dom is very rarely wrong about GTA Online information," the report said.
Based on the video, players can actually purchase the yachts and they can pick different colors. "There are also some lines of code pointing to customizing the yacht's interior, as well as the boat's name and what flag you are flying. There even is code pointing to the option to upgrade the yacht into a super yacht."
Meanwhile, Yibada reports that a new leak about Apartment Customization or the "Lowriders" Part 2 DLC are fabricated. This is after a YouTube user, TheDragoon1010, published a video created from false photos and files allegedly from "GTA Online.".
"The DLC updates that such claims are nothing but a fabrication. However, fans of the game should expect something after the Lowriders DLC launch. Surprisingly, reliable leakers found 12 vehicles that appeared to be coming with Lowriders update, but just 6 of them were actually released in the DLC. Another Lowrider DLC with the rest of the cars and possibly a few more weapons and shirts will reportedly be the next update. However, there is yet any proof concerning the speculated update," the report said.
