Jeremy Sisto of ‘Six Feet Under’ Buys $2.4 Million Home in Los Angeles

Jeremy Sisto, who is best known for playing 'Billy Chenowith' on the popular drama series 'Six Feet Under' has reportedly purchased a home in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, for $2.4 million, according to some news reports.

Sisto purchased the home from 'lawless' and 'Blue Valentine' producer, Cassian Elwes. The deal was sealed Nov. 20 2013, reports the Trulia Blog.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 3030 square feet, single family home comprising of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a pool and a separate guest cottage.

Interiors of the home feature dark hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling and French glass windows and an open floor plan.

A plush living area has a stone fireplace. There is a separate dining area and a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island.

Outside there is a large garden area and a pool place. The garden leads up to a studio and the guest cottage.

When someone mentions Jeremy Sisto, it either reminds one of the quirky detective Lupo from 'Law and Order' or the young 'Jesus' or more recently, the crazily funny George Altman he played in the 2011 comedy 'Suburgatory'.

However, imagine Sisto playing 'Jack Dawson' of the epic movie 'Titanic'.

Didn't work much! Did it!

Apparently, Sisto has screen tested opposite Kate Winslet for Jack's role and it was downright awkward, or maybe it is just that Leonardo DiCaprio's image is the only Jack we can ever have in our minds.

Bonus Fact: Leonardo beat Christian Bale to the role of Jack!
