There is so much anticipation going on among "Transformers 5" fans after the news broke that the franchise will get some new generation robots in the upcoming film. "Transformers 5" is set to premiere in 2017. The film has gone through so much buzz after the plot was teased.
Hasbro Studios president, Steven J Davis, confirmed that after the huge success of the "Transformers" franchise in the box office, another sequel is already in the works.
At the same time, "Transformers 5" will show Optimus Prime, the film's main protagonist, with a completely new look. Other robots included in the list are Blitzwing, Scourge, Red Alert and Override, and might be witnessed in the movie, specifically with Ultran Magnus.
Speculations teased the film that Optimus Prime will be seen at war with the Quintessons, the Autobots originators. It has also been disclosed that the forthcoming film will be created with two different plots. The part one will possibly revolve around Mark Wahlberg's character, Cade Yeager, and how he saves the world via teaming up with the Dinobots. As for part two, the focus will be on Optimus Prime and his journey from their originators or the Quintessons.
Another revelation is a new villain is about to join and may attract "Transformers" fans. The villain is Unicron, or the Chaos Bringer in the Transformers Universe. The bad ass guy is believed to be tough and will have more power and vigor to damage the world and the entire solar system. Michael Bay, the well-known filmmaker, is confirmed to be directing "Transformers 5."
Hasbro is also conducting a writers' workshop led by Akiva Goldsman, the critically acclaimed scriptwriter for the 2001 movie, "A Beautiful Mind." The company is training writers who will handle the story and screenplay for the next ten years of "Transformers."
There is no official premiere date yet for "Transformers 5," but it will start filming in 2016.
