After "Batman v Superman" is released sometime next year, the first part of the "Justice League" movie will be next, and it was reported that the film will be part of a trilogy.
According to Venture Capital Post's sources, the film director Zack Snyder has enough material to be able to create a trilogy for the upcoming "Justice League" film. In addition, the second installment of the film is slated to be released in 2019, two years after "Justice League" Part 1 is released in 2017.
There are also reports claiming that Snyder is also creating a new film which involve other DC superheroes. He said that he wants to create a new film where he could bring the "Justice League" characters together with this new group. He emphasized that he wants to bring each of the superheroes characters to life, and he plans to tell their story in one cohesive film.
Meanwhile, Crossmap reports that sources say that the script for "Justice League" Part 1 is too complicated, considering that "Batman v Superman" is rumored to be a prequel to the movie. According to the report, the people who have read the script described it as "too complicated for public consumption."
It was revealed that the script is based solely on the comic book and only those who have read the actual comics will be the ones who can relate to the film, which will prevent the movie from selling effectively to a larger audience. However, there is still no official confirmation from Snyder or writer Chris Terrio that the script for "Justice League" Part 1 is already finished.
"Justice League" Part 1 stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, and it is scheduled to be released on Nov. 17, 2017.
