Things will heat up in the new episode of "Madam Secretary" Season 2 after Elizabeth (Tea Leoni) finds out that an American has been killed in Syria.
According to Latin Post, Elizabeth will go down the path of vengeance after an American aid worker was killed by the members of the infamous extremist group ISIS in Syria. The report revealed that once Elizabeth learns about the tragic death, she will immediately recall all the U.S. aid workers to their safe territory before she acts on her plan.
Elizabeth will also be facing another problem involving her brother Will (Eric Stoltz). According to Christian Post, Will is still on the mission to provide aid and relief to the Syrians who are torn between the civil war and the terror of ISIS. Elizabeth is worried that her brother might be the next target if the ISIS finds out that Will is her brother.
It was reported that Elizabeth and her brother don't have the best relationship, although their sibling bond is still strong. With that, Elizabeth is npw on a race against time as she tries to bring all Americans working in Syria safely back home and make sure that her brother is safe from the enemy's hands.
Meanwhile, Henry McCord (Tim Daly) will also get his hands full as he will be receiving a call for help from Dmitri Petrov (Chris Petrovski). According to the reports, Dmitri will be asking Henry's help to save his friend Kolashkov (Dennis Staroselsky) who has been recalled to Moscow.
However, Henry is torn about helping his friend as this could be a conflict of interest with his wife. Aside from that, it is a very tricky situation for him as he could ultimately expose Dmitry as a spy for the Americans if he uses his power and influence to do what Dmitri is asking.
"Madam Secretary" Season 2 episode 6 will air on Sunday on CBS.
