Joe Trohman of ‘Fall out Boy’ Buys in Los Feliz for $1.9 Million

'Fall out Boy', the alternative rock band is definitely back with a bang. So much that it is not only catching entertainment/music headlines, but is also grabbing some considerable real estate attention.

Joseph 'Joe' Trohman, the guitarist of the alternative rock band has reportedly purchased a home in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles for $1.9 million, according to some sources.

Just weeks after Patrick Stump, the lead singer of the band listed his Hollywood Hills home for $2.27 million, the lead strummer also decided to get some action in the property sector.

The Trulia Blog reports that the residence Trohman purchased is a beautiful four bed-three bath single family home with bright, cheerful interiors.

The Spanish -style home has mixed flooring, high vaulted ceilings and large glass windows that provide for panoramic views of the area. Some of its exclusive features are a bonus room, a media room and a brand new renovated kitchen. Outside, there is ample space for recreation.

While Trohman just purchased a new residence, he already has his Chicago townhouse on the market, listed for $869,000. Trohman himself had given a tour of his home for MTV Cribs in 2008. Check the home out in a video here.

Fall Out Boy went on a long hiatus to return with their smashing hit album 'Save Rock and Roll' earlier in 2013. Talking about how things took a turn when the band faded away, Trohman said in an interview with Music Radar that he never thought that the band would regroup. However, he always kept in touch with the members and one fine day:

"But one day I was talking to Josh Newton - he and I had a band called With Knives, and he's actually my guitar tech now - and he said, 'You should probably do that band again' - meaning Fall Out Boy."

That put Trohman on track and he, "was talking to Patrick, and I had already prepared a list of stipulations for me to do the band again, and before I could even say them, he already had my list in his head. He kind of disarmed me. After a very long phone call - I kept looking at the phone, which was edging on the three-hour mark - I was like, 'Yeah, I'm in. Let's do it.' And then I started writing heavily after I hung up."

The band recently performed at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show with Taylor Swift. Check out the performance below:
