Chris Brown, the 'Don't Wake Me Up' hitmaker's residence in the Hollywood Hills has officially hit the listing market for $1.9 million, according to some reports.
Sometime back in November, TMZ broke news that Brown was leaving the Hollywood Hills neighbourhood and moving to Malibu. However, it was uncertain if he was keeping the home or just shifting places.
The Real Estalker is reporting the official listing. Apparently, Brown purchased the home for $1.5 million in 2011. The residence has been designed by Jay Vanos and is an ultra luxury pad. Spanning an area of 3000 square feet, the three-level residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Check out the pictures of his home, here. You can also see a video of the home below. However, only the exterior is visible here. Chris' mother was seen standing in the balcony of the home
Brown got into trouble with his neighbourhood for creating a ruckus in the area. He would over- speed on the roads and throw large, loud parties that would run through the night to the residents' annoyance. He even spray painted the walls surrounding his home and was fined $376 for excessive signage on the properly in May 2013.
Brown recently relisted his West Hollywood condo for $1.69 million. He had initially listed it for 1.8 million, but failing to sell it over some time, he gave it a pricechopper. Check that property out, here.
Brown will apparently be moving to a high end neighbourhood in Malibu now. So we can expect a purchase or rental deed from the R&B singer soon. Moving to a new place is a good thing for Brown because he can now start afresh. His Washington D.C. fist-fight charges have been resolved and his probation on the Rihanna case revoked considering his speedy progress in rehab, reports The Edmonton Journal.
Brown is still in a treatment center in Los Angeles and is doing pretty well. He has to return to court in February for an update on the Rihanna case hearing. Meanwhile, his model girlfriend, Karrueche Tran is supporting his music while he is in rehab.
