‘Wolf of Wall Street’ Residence Up for Grabs for $6.5 Million

Want to live like the 'Wolf of Wall Street'? That will cost you $6.5 million.

According to various real estate reports, the penthouse apartment that features in Martin Scorsese's upcoming comedy-crime flick 'Wolf of Wall Street' has come on the open market with an upped market price. It hit the MLS in September asking $6.4 million but received a pricechopper in early November dropping to $6.1 million, reports Curbed.

Apparently, the residence has not only appeared on Scorsese's movie but also graced shows like Gossip Girl, Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Good Wife. The residence is a penthouse perched atop the Sutton Place in Manhattan, New York City. The place is a 2505 square feet, three bed- three and a half bath home with stunning features and interiors that feature hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and marvellous skyline views.
