Justin Bieber is making headlines again.
The singer has opened up with Billboard Magazine, sharing details about his family, his relationship and his career.
This year, the 21-actor has been making changes in his life and such is evident in his fourth album titled "Purpose" set to be released on the 14th. Ahead of its release, the album has already been given positive feedback. In an interview with Telegraph, the album "Purpose" is described as, reflective, quiet, and thoughtful. Journalist Craig McLean writes that it does not "foretell an album hooked around the machine-tooled, songwriting-by-committee ultra-pop that is the default modern setting for everyone from Taylor Swift to the Weeknd."
In the interview, he told Billboard, "I want to veer away from the self-centered attitude. I'm just focused on the people who have been there since the start, on people who are taking the journey now. I want them to feel like we're doing this together."
Pertaining to his relationship with his family and ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, in reference to his 19-track album, he added that it is sort of difficult to make songs that you do want to dance to or cheesy ones bit he is self-expressing on his album this time.
To this day, his on-off relationship with "Revival" singer is still a hot topic even though it has already ended last year. He said in the same interview, referring to Selena Gomez, "I'm proud of the woman she is today. When you love someone that much, even if something comes between you, it's a love that never really dies."
He said that it's enough with the "Justin Bieber" show and he wants to veer away from self-centered attitude, which he learned from his fame. He added that he wants to appreciate the people around him who have been with him from the start and make them feel that they are doing thing together.
Billboard noted that the singer is exerting an effort to turn his life around. At 21, he has already faced legal charges including spending a cold night in a Florida jail.
The Biebs is taking this journey in a stride and if there is one thing that is certain, he will be closely watched.
