The property rumormill has it that Justin Bieber, the 'Baby' hitmaker is reportedly moving out of the Calabasas neighborhood in California. The gossip comes right after sources claimed that ex Selena Gomez is almost closing the deal on a house in the area.
According to the Real Etsalker, Bieber is not moving on his own free will but is being chased out by his neighbors. Apparently, he has proved to be such a nuisance that nobody can stand his shenanigans anymore.
Earlier, it was reported that various inhabitants had complained that Bieber was ruining the peace of the area. Apparently, his loud parties carried on until 3 a.m. in the morning. Over the long Memorial Day weekend, neighbors complained of spotting him riding a segway and smoking a joint in front of the neighborhood kids!
Not only has he been creating a ruckus in his home, but is also a nuisance on the road. Bieber keeps zooming around recklessly in his Ferrari or his motorbike. An "over-speeding" case was also filed by NFL player, Keyshawn Johnson against 'the Biebs'. He was also accused of threatening and almost attacking a neighbor in the area, and spitting on another.
However, prosecutors declined to press charges against Bieber because there was no solid evidence. In his charge sheet, Alan Yochelson, Deputy District Attorney wrote that the singer's response to was 'immature' but showed no 'criminal intent', reports E! Online.
"It's gotten really nasty. The community he lives in is all families and the entire community has had enough of his parties and speed racing," said a source to Hollyscoop.
Bieber will probably sell his home or rent it out, or maybe do nothing with it. Only time will tell.
Apparently, his mother wants him to leave the area and move to the Hollywood Hills. Also Bieber wants to spend more time with family. In a recent interview with MTV, he said:
"I wanna get to know my family more," and use 2014 to "figure out myself as a man."
"I've been away so much, I've missed a lot of great years with my brother and sister," he added.
Meanwhile, Selena has fallen in love with a home in the neighborhood. An insider told Life& Style magazine:
"Selena is very close to making an offer on a house inside the Calabasas development where Justin lives. She looked at other neighborhoods, but really fell in love with a home near Justin's."
