Hall of Famer and former Chicago Bulls Star, Scottie Pippen, may still be aiming too high but only time will tell. He is now making another attempt after shooting for the stars in early 2014. This time, he is trying to sell again his Fort Lauderdale estate, slashing it by $300,000 and listing it on the market for a worthy price of $11.5 million.
The six-time NBA champion was adored for his superstar run with the Chicago Bulls alongside Michael Jordan. The small forward was also included in the 1992 "Dream Team" at the Summer Olympics in Barcelona and won the gold medal.
According to Fox News, the 13,5000-square-foot mansion of Scottie Pippen in Fort Lauderdale has six bedrooms. The property features a lavish exterior pool with beach like entrances and a spiral waterslide. Interestingly, this three-quarter-acre property has great features of a basketball court and a yacht storage - which also has a direct access to the harbor and is a short boat ride to the Atlantic. This mansion, with all the features and amenities, could be worth the value of a former basketball icon.
The interior is luxurious too, with its intricate moldings that define the great room. The kitchen is also gleaming with shiny floorings, a double island, and white cabinetry displayed with the best of Italian splendor.
If the mansion will languish again on the market, perhaps Pippen should team up with MJ's real estate marketing playbook.
If anyone is dreaming to own a luxurious Randall Stofft-designed, Modern Italian style estate with an expansive waterfront home with features of elegant furnishings, exquisite finishes, and accessories, it's time to see the mansion in Fort Lauderdale which is listed on the market for a cool $11.5 million.
Realtor said that the property that is set on 0.74s acre near the beach has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and a garage for four. The 13,500 square foot, two-storey Mediterranean style house was built in 2004. At least one bedroom is located on the ground level while all the other bedrooms are on the second level, including the master bedroom.
