John Cusack, the 'Frozen Ground' actor's childhood home in Illinois has reportedly sold for $940,000, according to some real estate sources.
Sometime in November 2013, Realty Today reported that the home had already gone under contract. However, there was no news on the price it was to be sold for. The residence first hit the listing market in October 2013 and went into escrow within a month's time.
The Cusack family lived in the residence for 40 long years. The house is a 3191 square feet single family home, sitting on a 0.28 acre lot. Comprising of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, interiors of the home feature hardwood, tiled and carpeted flooring. Large glass windows and dark hardwood doors adorn the home, according to the Zillow Blog.
Outside, the home has a big patch of green and a large backyard that serves as a sitting area.

Cusack has some properties around the country. His Chicago home was on the market for $1.15 million earlier. He also has a property in Malibu, which a woman tried to break into recently.
