25 Percent Americans Vote Kim Kardashian and Kanye West As The 'Worst Neighbors'

Zillow released its seventh annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey and while TV host Jimmy Fallon was voted the "Most Desirable Celebrity Neighbor", Kim Kardashian and Kanye West found themselves on the top of the "Worst Celebrity Neighbor" list.

Fallon bagged 11 percent of the total votes for Most Desirable Celebrity Neighbor. Last year's winners Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton shared second spot with "Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence after gaining 10 percent of the votes.

Fallon was most popular among young adults and females. It seems like 2013 has been a good year for him. Apart from being voted the top choice for a neighbor in the coming year, the TV host was also highly acclaimed for "Saturday Night Live" its highest ratings in 2 years when he hosted last week's holiday episode with Justin Timberlake.

"It's been a landmark year for Jimmy Fallon. He had his first baby, headlined a successful comedy tour and was named Jay Leno's successor to 'The Tonight Show.' He carries a positive, funny and relatable vibe, which people would love to have in a neighbor," said Zillow Chief Marketing Officer Amy Bohutinsky in a blog.

It's no surprise that Kardashian and her fiancé made it to the list this year as well. After claiming second spot in the 2012 worst neighbor ranking, the reality show star and West moved up to the first spot, garnering 25 percent of all votes.

"No one wants to live next door to a family who has cameras following them everywhere and seems to seek out as much attention as possible. However, with more than one-third of surveyed Americans preferring a non-celebrity neighbor, what remains clear is that many people don't want to live next to any celebrity, regardless of why they are famous," Bohutinsky said.

The Honey Boo Boo family claimed second spot with 18 percent votes. Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus tied at number three with 16 percent votes each.
