Danny Granger, the small forward of NBA team Indiana Pacers has reportedly relisted his home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, for $3.79 million, according to several news reports.
According to property records, Granger's home first hit the listing market with a $4.1 million price tag in 2012. It went on and off the market asking $3.9 million, thrice before being listed for the current asking price. According to the Realtor blog, the home was also offered as a $25,000 a month rental that year.
Granger purchased the home for $3.71 million in 2012. But looks like, he didn't like the residence too much, as he listed it within months of purchasing it. If Granger manages to sell for the current price, he will make a slight profit off the deal.
Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 6657 square feet, single family residence sitting on a 0.64 acre lot. Comprising of four bedrooms and five full and one half bathroom, interiors of the home feature mixed flooring and drywall ceilings, with floor to ceiling glass windows. Granger is currently in great form. Since his Dec. 20 debut for the Pacers, the team has been doing pretty well. However, team coach Frank Vogel says he has a lot of scope for improvement and can do better than he already is.
"I think (the rotation) will feel like it's complete when Danny's complete. Danny's going to have ups and downs over the next six weeks where he's just getting his legs under him, getting his rhythm and timing back. That's going to be a process. Once he gets up to speed then it will feel complete," Vogel told USA Today.
