Kevin Huvane, the famous Hollywood talent manager has reportedly plonked a good $6.4 million on a residence in the Chelsea neighbourhood of New York City, according to some sources.
The Real Estalker reports that Huvane will be using the residence as a pied-a-Terre. He has another residence in the city, which could be his primary home. The residence is a part of a freshly converted building.
According to the floorplan provided by the publication, the residence is a 2572 square feet, three bed, three full and one half bath spread. Pictures of the residence have not been made available yet. The home has a large living room, a master bed and two guest bedrooms.
Apparently, Huvane also has a home in Beverly Hills, which he listed in 2007 and delisted soon after. He then hired top notch designers to give the home a makeover. The residence featured in a 2012 issue of the Architectural Digest. The mansion was given a complete facelift and now features interiors that draw inspiration from old Hollywood movies.

Kevin Huvane is a managing partner at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). He has represented several actors like Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Sandra Bullock, Tom Cruise etc. According to his profile on Businessweek, "among his many charitable activities, he is on the Board of Directors of the Entertainment Industry Foundation and the National Board of Directors of Communities in Schools. He has been an Independent Director of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since February 15, 2011."
More recently, Kevin Huvane was seen at the premiere of 'August: Osage County' in Los Angeles. He was the man behind bringing the star cast of the movie together.

He is one of my best friends and he's incredibly passionate person who just deserves a round of applause," Harvey Weinstein of the Weinstein Company told the crowd, reports The Wrap.
