Chris Kattan Lists Hollywood Hills Home for $1.9 Million

Funny man Chris Kattan, who is perhaps best known for his stint on the famous talk show 'Saturday Night Live', has reportedly listed his home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, for $1.9 million, according to some real estate sources.

The Real Estalker reports that Kattan purchased the place sometime back in 2001 for about $1.07 million. Considering the asking price, Kattan is definitely looking for a good profit there.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is a Spanish style cottage spanning a prime area of 2496 square feet. Comprising of two bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms, the single family residence has light hardwood floors and drywall ceilings with French doors and windows.

Kattan featured on 'SNL' from 1996 to 2003. He shot to fame with his hilarious impersonations of several characters namely, Mango - the dancer, Azrael Abyss and Mr. Peepers.

However, Kattan is not the only one from the 'SNL' cast (former) to dabble in some real estate. Seth Meyers, one of the writers of the show, who will soon be moving to host the 'Late Night Show' replacing Jimmy Fallon, just purchased a condo in West Village, New York City.
