Chris Bosh Buys Condo in Ritz Carlton Residences Dallas for $3 Million

Chris Bosh, the power forward of NBA team 'Miami Heat' has reportedly snagged a luxe condo in the plush Ritz Carlton Residences tower in Dallas, for $3 million, according to a few real estate reports.

Candy's Dirt.com explains that the residence first hit the market with a $3.2 million price tag. It then dropped to $2.9 million. However, Bosh paid $3 million for the condo. Candy suggests that he might have purchased the place along with all the furniture.

Apparently, the place was once owned by Jap Van Zweden, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Maestro and his best buddy violinist Michael Guttman. The two reportedly owned it together!

According to the Realtor Blog, the residence is a 4250 square feet home that features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, hardwood floors and drywall ceilings. Exclusive features of the house include a media room, a luxury spa, a den and a formal study.

Building amenities include 24/7 concierge and room services, valet parking, a separate spa, a gym, a restaurant, an infinity pool and also a tasting room.
