The Los Angeles marital home of TV personality Khloe Kardashian and former Laker Lamar Odom has officially been listed for $5.4 million, according to some real estate reports.
Sometime back in November 2013, it was reported that the home is being marketed privately as a pocket listing for $4 million. However, Khloe then took to twitter to rubbish all the rumors about the deal.

But looks like that statement was short lived. According to the Los Angeles Times, the home has officially been listed for about $1.4 million above rumoured pocket listing price.
Listing records of the home state that, the home is an 8400 square feet residence, comprising of seven bedrooms and eight full and one half bathroom.
The residence is a gated, private, plush, single-family property. Interiors have mixed flooring, beamed and cathedral ceilings. A Jacuzzi, a gym, a game room, a media room and a kitchen complete the insides. Outside a long driveway leads up to the home, and there is a large pool and a lounge area.

The listing comes just weeks after Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar. The proceeds will be divided according to their prenup, which apparently, keeps both their assets separate.
The couple separated after Lamar got involved heavily in drugs and cheated on Khloe with several other women. Khloe tried fixing the relationship, but in vain. The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is now having a tough time being single. Apparently, she was dating baseball player Matt Kemp but they recently parted ways because she thought the relationship would have a bad effect on the divorce, reports Examiner.com.
"It's hard for Khloe to adjust to being alone while seeing how loved-up Kim is with her fiance Kanye and their baby girl North. And her other sister, Kourtney, is just as blissfully happy with her partner Scott and their two children", a source told Star Magazine.
"Khloe was married first, yet now she has to watch her sisters enjoy what she has lost." "She still feels vulnerable. She was always the strongest sister, but now Kourtney and Kim have to be there for her," the source added.
