After a success breakthrough on its first season, AMC's original series "Better Call Saul" is set to launch its second season early next year. With its teaser trailer that was recently released, the story continues and fans get the glimpse of how Jimmy McGilla, a small time lawyer turned into a notorious criminal lawyer in Albuquerque or better known as Saul Goodman.
As noted by Collider, Season 2 will be more exciting with its stressful but intriguing scenes than Season 1. After Saul Goodman's clash with his family, especially his older brother - Chuck, his friends and colleagues, a brewing grudge is starting to break him and might eventually push him to his dark side. Aside from this series' dramas and unexpected twists, what makes this series remarkable and much anticipating among the fans is its humor, underlying suspense and how the story greatly unfolds in each episode. Also, according to reports, a new set of cameo scenes of former Breaking Bad Stars awaits on next year's new season.
All main cast members might join Saul Goodman in Season 2, including Michael McKean as Chuck McGill, Rhea Seehornas Kim Wexler, Patrick Fabian as Howard Hamlin, Michael Mando as Nacho Varga, Kerry Condon as Stacey, Jeremy Shamos as Craig and Julie Ann Emery as Betsy Kettleman according to sources.
As reported by AMC, "Better Call Saul Season 1" was nominated seven times in the recent Primetime Emmy Award, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series (Bob Odenkirk), Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (Jonathan Banks) and Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series. And it undeniably have received a strong response and ratings when its first season premiered.
The present series came out great as it served as a prequel to Breaking Bad. The great minds of the award-winning writer and executive producer Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould are behind "Better Call Saul" drama series.
