Oprah Winfrey, the uber-famous talk show host, has reportedly listed her condo in the Water Tower Place luxury apartments in Chicago for $7.7 million, according to various real estate reports.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Oprah owns four units in the building. She purchased the first apartment in 1985 for an undisclosed amount. She grabbed another unit for $1.06 million in 1992 on the 56th floor and snagged another adjoining $1.5 million condo the year after. In 1994, she rounded off her purchases with another $1 million residence in the tower.
The unit that has been listed is one of the 56th floor condos. Listing records at Redfin state that the residence is a 9625 square feet, four beds, and six bath duplex home. The main level comprises of a living room, a separate dining area, an exercise room, an office, an open kitchen and three bedrooms. The upper floor has a sitting room, another living area, the master bedroom and a wet bar.
Building amenities include 24/7 concierge, valet parking and room service. Residents also have access to exclusive restaurants and parks.

More recently, Oprah dropped about $299,900 on a mediocre home in Nashville. Some speculate that she might have purchased it for a friend, while others think she will probably re-do the home.
