NBA Trade Rumors: Derrick Rose Surprising Performance Against Oklahoma Might Have Just Ended Trade Rumors; Joakim Noah Trade Speculations Still Continues

Chicago Bulls were able to outplay Kevin Durant and the rest of the Thunders last Friday with a 6 point lead. And surprisingly, the franchise star player, Derrick Rose, made his presence felt with his stunning performance. Rose led his team to victory and for its fourth win with 29 points for the ballgame. This surprise performance of Derrick Rose is his season high performance thus showing critics and the crowd that his ability to be a game changer and best point-guard have not yet faded away.

Derrick Rose silenced his critics and rumors who were saying that he will soon be traded by his team because of the lack of production for the team. The performance of Derrick Rose last Friday somehow served as a response to the claim of Brian Windhorst who went on ESPN Radio saying that;

"The Derrick Rose breakup with the Bulls has begun," he said. "I don't know how long it's going to last. I don't know when it's going to be complete, but you can sort of see it. The team and the franchise have moved on to a little bit of a certain extent...His attitude has been not terrific. The comments that he made about his contract in 2017, you want to talk about being tone deaf?"

Now that Derrick Rose is showing a potential comeback, then the trade rumors would slowly be set aside. For if he would be continuing his strong performance and give some significant contribution to his team, then it would be unlikely that Chicago Bulls will trade their star player.

Aside from Derrick Rose being rumored to be traded, Joakim Noah, was also reported to be an option to be traded to other teams. According to pippenainteasy, "Noah is getting older and losing that energy he used to always play with. He also doesn't seem to fit into the offensive direction the Bulls are moving in. The Bulls could trade him while he still has some value around the league." However, such rumor was somehow falsified by Chicago Bulls Coach head coach Fred Hoiberg. Hoiberg stated on espn via sportsworldreport that, "He's been great. He's been as enthusiastic as anybody over there on the bench when he's not in the game, and he's always going to bring it when he's on the floor, so no, things are fine."

However, considering the stack of big guys in the Bulls like Taj Gibson, Mirotic, Gasol and rookie Bobby Portis, the rumor of Noah might as well be true, especially that there are some reports of Noah's declining game. Rumors as such "may or may not hurt Noah considering his contract makes him trade bait if the Bulls feel they need a change, said sportsworldreport."
