While Jim Parsons, the 'Big Bang Theory' star just purchased Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's shared love nest in Los Feliz for $6.3 million, it is only natural that he lists his older residence.
Some news sources are reporting that 'Sheldon' has put up his starter home in the same area for $1.8 million, officially on the listing market. Parsons purchased the home for $1.3 million in April 2009. If he manages to sell for the list price, he will definitely make a slight profit off the sale.
According to the Real Estalker, the home is a 2827 square feet single family house, comprising of three bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms. Pictures at the website show that the two-story home has dark, hardwood flooring with drywall ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
Interiors display a large living room, a modest gym, a huge dressing room, a separate dining area and a swanky eat-in kitchen.
Outside, the house has a small garden area, with little sitting space. A large wooden balcony on the upper floor offers panoramic views of the area.

Parsons will be moving into the new house with his art director boyfriend, Todd Spiewak. The two have been together for about 10 years now. More recently, the duo received an 'inspiration award' by LGBT young advocacy group GLESN.
Speaking of the award and his boyfriend, Parsons said:
"It was surprising to hear that we were getting an inspiration award. We feel very average, we feel very normal. We really do. The strange stuff is the Hollywood stuff we have to walk through, not the gay stuff we have to walk through."
"It's very moving. It's very surprising and I think once we got over the shock of it, we were able to feel the honor of it," the 40-year-old star told Us Weekly at the event.
