Last September, StarPulse reported that the "Y&R" actor seriously injured his elbow while filming a fight scene. Goddard also posted a picture of himself in a hospital chair.

According to SoapShows, the scene was opposite Scott Elrod (Joe), when their characters got into a fight over Cane's relationship with Lily. Goddard reportedly lost his balance, took a bad fall, and severely broke his elbow.

The scene was aired on Oct. 28. Goddard is still undergoing physiotherapy to regain the full use of his left arm.

Despite the accident, the actor has resumed work for "Y&R," and has maintained a positive outlook throughout. "The key to overcoming any form of adversity is to find a postive in it no matter how small it is and don't let go," Goddard told his fans in an old Instagram post.
