Glee’s Chord Overstreet Drops $1.3 Million on New Hollywood Hills Digs

Chord Overstreet, the 'trouty mouth, chap stick loving' Sam Evans of 'Glee' has reportedly picked up a nice new residence in the Hollywood Hills area for $1.3 million, sources reveal.

The Trulia Blog is reporting that Overstreet's new purchase is a fully remodeled, contemporary home, spanning an area of 1700 square feet. Comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home is done up with style.

Interiors of the home feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer panoramic views of the city. Hardwood flooring, high beamed and drywall ceilings with open balconies complete the insides.

Living spaces include an airy living area, a sitting room, a separate dining place and a gourmet kitchen. Outside, the home has a stone driveway leading up to the front of the home.

Maybe Overstreet signed the home purchase deal after his 'Wolf of Wall Street' movie date with the new blonde girl, who was later identified as actress Halston Sage. According to WetPaint.com, the two went to see the movie and got some dinner afterwards. However, tabloids believe that it could have been their first time out together because they didn't seem very affectionate towards each other.

Dating jitters?

Anyhow, Overstreet is not the only Glee star grabbing real estate headlines. Apparently, Adam Lambert, who plays Eliot Gilbert, has also been looking for a house in the same area where 'Trouty Mouth' got his new digs. Naya Rivera (Santana Lopez) also got a new house in Los Feliz and Chris Kolfer (Kurt Hummel) sold his house in Laurel Canyon.

But while not buying or selling homes, the Glee cast is busy shooting for their upcoming 100th episode slated to air in two parts in March. The episode will see Gwyneth Paltrow and Kristin Chenoweth reprising their roles in the musical series, reports JustJared.com.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy tweeted a photo of the two ladies posing on the sets of the 100th episode:
