Emma Watson paid a visit to Manhattan's Upper East Side during the latest stop in what has been a two-year search for a home in the high-profile neighborhood, New York Daily News reported.
The 23-year-old actress visited a prewar residential building at 150 E. 72nd St, and was reportedly seen carrying a prospectus for the newly renovated project.
According to StreetEasy.com, the 12-story building was constructed in 1914 and houses a total of 22 units.
Residences currently listed as available on the building's site range from a $3.7 million two-bedroom, to the $15.5 million penthouse, complete with a staff room, terrace and seven bathrooms.
In 2011, the building was purchased by developer Harry Macklowe, at which point it was converted from rentals to condos, New York Daily News reported.
"The entry, lobby, amenities and shared areas are being dramatically re-envisioned by combining the best details of the original architecture and incorporating sophisticated custom-designed features and materials," the building's site reads.
Watson's current net worth is valued at $50 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. The star was reportedly paid $15 million for the final two parts of the Harry Potter series, up from $4 million for her part in "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix," released in 2007.
More recently, the actress has appeared as Sam in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," as Nicki in "The Bling Ring" and as herself in "This Is the End." "Noah," Watson's next movie to hit the big screens, is scheduled for a March 28 release.
