'Baywatch' Actress Pamela Anderson Posted a Nude Photo of Herself Announcing She is Hepatitis C-Free

"Baywatch" actress Pamela Anderson was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. As per People, Anderson was given a prescription, which is a new FDA approved drug regimen that destroys the virus. Just recently, Anderson declared that she's Hepatitis C-free.

"I'm very fortunate that I've had Hep C for about 16 years, sixteen years ago that was [presented to me] as a death sentence. I think it really worked on my self-esteem. Even though I may have looked confident on the outside, I think it really was a dark cloud that lingered over me."

Anderson first tried homeopathy or alternative medicine which didn't give her a positive response. She then tried on a different medication with which she said "I could be Hep C free within the month."

As per Inquisitr, the medication did work for Pamela Anderson which eventually cured her from Hepatitis C. She then celebrated her success by posting a nude photo of herself on Instagram which was captioned:

I am CURED!!! - I just found out #nomorehepc #thankyou#blessing #family #prayer #live I pray anyone living with Hep C can qualify or afford treatment. It will be more available soon. Pamela Anderson then shared on how lucky she is not to have other complications such as liver damages and other side effects.

"I don't have any liver damage and I don't have any side effects. I'm living my life the way I want to but it could have eventually have caused me some problems and so it was a real blessing that I was able to get the medicine. I'm really excited," she added. "I feel good. I feel so blessed."

As per the news website, Anderson acquired her Hepatitis C from sharing her tattoo needles with the ex-boyfriend Tommy Lee, which she said to be the love of her life.
