News broke out when TMZ officially confirmed that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are officially dating. The duo had their fair share of struggles as they're both going through rocky divorces.
Gwen and Blake have been eyeing each other for quite some time and HollywoodLife was able to get the details on how two of "The Voice" coaches got their love game brewing.
"They are treading water, but it is blossoming into something real. They laughed off the rumors, they fought off the rumors, and then by doing that, it has now turned into something real. It is far from anything along the lines of getting married again, having their own children and all that, but they are just finally realizing that they get along very well with each other. They have similar interests and also have similar heartaches. The rumors brought them together and it is becoming something more than they ever thought it would become!"
HollywoodLife then added that their co-stars are quite psyched with their budding relationship and Adam Levine will be throwing in a major tease for tonight's episode.
"Carson and Adam have been joking on them since the relationship has started and will definitely continue that on TV with a ton of jokes in their direction. Carson and Adam can't wait for the live shows to unleash on Blake especially," the source then added: "They want to not engage in PDA on set, they want to respect the show and the contestants, they don't want to make it about them,"
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship caught their co-stars off guard as none of them were expecting that the two have something brewing. Carson Daly then told his "Today Show" co-host that he wasn't expecting Blake to be able to grab a date as hot as Gwen.
"I didn't know. I didn't think Blake could get a girl as hot as Gwen to be honest. He's a goofy cowboy. She's the queen of cool. But God bless them. They're two of the nicest people in the business. We're thrilled they are finding each other and good luck, we love you."
