Joe Bailey is one of the most notable personalities that was cast on the ABC reality show. Bailey caused one of the most terrible dramas in the season when he started a relationship with Juelia Kinney and finally breaking her heart to jump off in another with Samantha Steffen. But in the end, Bailey's journey on the show was short-lived and was sent home when Steffen gave her rose to another person.
