David Robinson’s Other San Antonio Property Listed for $3.69 Million

David Robinson, the former San Antonio Spurs player's other property at 206 Winding Lane, San Antonio, has reportedly come up on the market with an asking price of $3.69 million, sources reveal.

The Realtor Blog broke news of the listing hitting the market. Robinson's other property on 1 Admiral Lane is also on the market for $7.5 million.

Listing records of the home state that the residence is an 8175 square feet, single family home sitting on a 2.03 acre lot. The home comprises of five bedrooms, five full and two half bathrooms.

Interiors of the home feature marble tiled floors, high ceilings and glass windows. Exclusive home spaces include a majestic master suite with a soaking tub, a full-fledged laundry room and a formal office.

Outside, the home has a large swimming pool, a basketball court with the 'Spurs' logo, a tennis court and a volleyball court as well.

The listing description reads:

Robinson's other home, which apparently sold two years back, at 1 Admirals Lane is as grand as this one. That mansion is a 12,574 square feet single family residence sitting on a 135,036 square feet lot. The home comprises of eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms.

Robinson is not the only Spurs veteran dabbling in some property play. More recently, his very good friend, Avery Johnson, also re-listed his home for $7.5 million. While Robinson is called 'Admiral' for his prior service in the Navy, Johnson was give the moniker 'the little General' for his short stature and deep friendship with Robinson.
