'Crime Scene Investigation' actor David Berman has reportedly purchased screenwriter Colman Dekay's Hollywood Hills home for $1.3 million, reports reveal.
The Los Angeles Times broke news of the sale. Berman apparently paid $6000 more than what the home was listed for. Colman purchased the home sometime back in 2004 for $1.17 million. He listed the home in September 2013.
According to the Realtor Blog, the home is a 2,313 square feet, single family residence, comprising of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Interiors of the home feature an open floor plan, light hardwood floors and large glass doors and windows with wood beamed ceilings.
Exclusive living spaces include a large office, a spacious master suite and an open balcony that allows for panoramic views of the hills. There is a separate dining area and a gourmet kitchen as well.

David Berman's stint in CSI started off with a small but significant role of Assistant Coroner David "Super Dave" Phillips. Over the seasons, his role got promoted to a main character. Behind the scenes, Berman is a full time researcher for the show. His brother Josh Berman is executive producer of the series.
The crime drama thriller got renewed for its 14th installment in September 2013. While the cast of CSI is diverse, the series will now reportedly add a rocker to its kitty, albeit for a cameo.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Gene Simmons the frontman of legendary rock band 'KISS' will be joining the show for its 17th episode slated to air March 12.
