The Bed & Breakfast featured in the 1993 hit comedy, 'Groundhog Day' has hit the market for $985,000.

This property is the same where Phil the weatherman lodged while visiting Pennsylvania to cover the 'Groundhog Day' event. While the B&B was featured as "Chrerry Street Inn" in the movie, it is popularly known as the Royal Victorian Manor.

Located at 344 Fremont St, Woodstock, IL, the property spans an area of 5,815 square feet, comprising of eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The three storey home has lovely restored interiors with hardwood flooring, French windows and mixed ceilings. There is an attic above the third floor. A gourmet kitchen and an in-law suite are some of its exclusive features.

Outside, the property has ample recreation area. The home is surrounded by a white fence.
