Actor Donald Faison recently listed his four-story brownstone home for $2.5 million, The Real Deal reported.
When Faison returned to Harlem back in 2010, he bought a historic townhouse for $1.4 million located at 206 West 137th Street. He went back to the place since his parents were actively involved in Harlem's National Black Theatre. But that home is currently for sale featuring 4,200 square feet with a rear addition, 6sqft reported.
Aside from that, the six-bedroom home also has 6,189 square feet of air rights. The interior has hardwood floors, original pocket doors as well as attractive mantles. There are also railings, columns and carved moldings that all have stately appeal. With that, it looks like even the new owners will not want to change anything in the house. The detailing is just very intricate with a touch of history on it.
Jeffrey Berger of Isen & Company listed the building that Faison has recently brought into the market.
Aside from listing his Harlem brownstone townhouse, he also recently sold his Hollywood Hills home with an asking price of $1.8 million. Faison and wife Cacee Cobb's family is growing as Cacee gave birth to their second child which could be the reason why they sold their previous homes.
