Celebrity Real Estate: Pretty Little Liars Star Ashley Benson Selling L.A. Home for a Price of $4.4M

Ashley Benson has listed her Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $4.4 million. The 6,000-square-feet, Mediterranean-style compound that sits on over half an acre features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Pretty Little Liars star purchased the property for $4.15 million just two months ago.

Refinery 29 said that the Spring Breakers actress also owns a home in nearby West Hollywood, just a stone's throw away from the grounds of co-star Shay Mitchell. When Benson moves to this place, one thing is sure, she'll have no shortage of friends lending a helping hand.

Ashley Benson, the "Pretty Little Liars" star, is ditching her Beverly Hills home so quickly. Known for her role as Hanna Marin on the ABC Family hit show, Benson has listed her Mediterranean-style villa for $4.4 million after she purchased it just two months ago for $4.15 million. Benson appears to have never moved in to the 6,131-square-foot home she bought back in September.

The gated home, which is a stunning piece of real estate tucked away on a private street, is beautifully located on a half-acre with canyon views. The home features limestone and hardwood floors throughout, and there's a cozy fireplace in the living room.

Trulia reported that the home also features a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen that has its own fireplace, and both are open to a family room. The master suite has a spacious walk-in closet which is perfect for any rising starlet with a bevy of red carpet looks. Guests visiting the mansion can be entertained in the outdoor entertaining area with a stunning swimming pool.

Benson also owns a house with three bedrooms, plus three and a half bathrooms. The French Normandy-style home in the West Hollywood area is beautifully located right off the Sunset Strip. The 3,085-square-foot home was purchased by Benson from Australian singer Kylie Minogue back in 2012 for $2.2 million.
