Kelly Osbourne, the lilac-haired daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has reportedly listed her home in West Hollywood for sale with an asking price of $1.34 million, according to sources.
The Trulia Blog reports that Kelly purchased the place for $1.19 million in 2005. Considering the sale price, she isn't looking for much profit on the deal. The blog speculates that Kelly's recent split from fiancé Matthew Mosshart could be her reason for selling.
Property records of the residence state that the home is a 1,250 square feet, one bed-two bath house featuring stylish interiors. An open floor-plan, large glass windows and doors, hardwood flooring and beamed ceilings make up the interiors.
There is lot of room for recreation outside with a large sitting area in the back and a garden area in the front.

Apparently, Kelly hasn't lived in the home for a while. She has been renting an apartment in Beverly Hills, which Lindsay Lohan once lived in.
In More Osbourne news, Kelly's brother Jack Osbourne sold his Los Angeles home for $1.12 million in December 2013.
As for the parents, Ozzy and Sharon sold their Beverly Hills home soon after Jack and Kelly left the nest. They then purchased a house in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles, which they recently sold to Jessica Simpson.
Rumors have it that the couple now lives in the U.K. They also own a home in Los Angeles, reports Daily Mail. However, no matter where they are living now, they are happy.
"It's better than ever. It's absolutely better than ever...My husband will be sober for a year. It's just been amazing," Sharon told CBS News.
