The widely anticipated game "No Man's Sky" from Hello Games has often been compared with "Minecraft." Though the former's creator, Sean Murray, has often dismissed claims that the two games are very similar, a fan has come up with a video detailing the mining and crafting in "No Man's Sky," which is the same with that in "Minecraft," according to the report from Design & Trend.
The report cites the YouTube video by Sirian Gaming, IGN First and Game Informer as sources for the gameplay details of "No Man's Sky." The online publication states that in the game, players need to mine individual elemental resources using a basic laser multitool given in the beginning of the title. The player's goal is to reach the center of the universe and mine more advanced resources to acquire the most advanced multitool.
The crafting aspect of the game, meanwhile, is said to be similar to "Minecraft," as "elemental recipes to create certain resources will be kept under wraps." According to the report, players "will have to work together on third-party wiki sites to catalog discoveries as they happen."
Meanwhile, HardCoreGamer reports that Amazon has launched preorders for "No Man's Sky." The game will reportedly be exclusive for the PlayStation 4 and will be available for $59.99. The indicated release date on the online retailer site is June 30, 2016.
According to the report, the game was originally expected to cost around $15 to $30 for digital copies, so the rather huge amount of $60 dollars comes as a surprise. Based on the comments on HardCoreGamer's report though, it appears that players are willing to shell out such amount of money for the anticipated game.
