Harry Shum Jr., dancer Mike Chang in the popular musical series 'Glee', has reportedly purchased a home in the Hollywood Hills for $997,000, according to sources.
The Real Estalker broke news of the buy. Apparently, Shum purchased the place for $60,000 more than the listed price.
According to listing records, the residence is an 1821 square feet, double story, single-family home. Comprising of three bedrooms and two full and one half bathroom, interiors of the house have hardwood flooring with French doors and windows.
Exclusive living spaces include a spacious living room, a separate dining area and a den. Two guest suites overlook the street, while the master suite is at the rear of the house.
Outside, the home has a garden, a play area and a sitting area all in the rear of the house. A tiled-courtyard lines up the front of the home. There is a covered parking garage on the property as well.

More recently, other stars from the show have been setting real estate headlines on fire. It all started with Naya Rivera (Santana Lopez), who sought her realtor mom's help to buy in Los Feliz and sell in Beverly Hills.
Chris Colfer (Kurt Hummel) sold his Laurel Canyon home for $945,000 recently and also unloaded his Hollywood Hills home for $1.1 million.
Adam Lambert (Eliot Gilbert) was recently spotted home hunting in the Hills, while Chord Overstreet (Sam Evans) also purchased a residence in the area for $1.3 million.
While not dabbling in real estate, the Glee guys are prepping for their season five winter break premiere slated to air Feb. 25 on Fox. According to the International Business Times, this season, there will be more 'New York', less 'Demi Lovato' and the smashing 'nationals' that could apparently change the show. The cast is also gearing up for its celebratory '100th episode'.
