"The Vampire Diaries" alum Nina Dobrev's positivity these days have become enough proof that she doesn't need Ian Somerhalder or Austin Stowell to become successful.
In fact, in an interview with InStyle, Dobrev also shared some note-worthy advice to her fans.
"Have fun, be silly, be carefree, only listen to whatever you want to do and listen to other people because it doesn't matter. It's what matters to you and what you believe in and what makes you happy and what makes you smile that will get you through the day," she said.
Dobrev added that people shouldn't get easily affected by the opinions of other people.
"So don't be affected by other people's opinions because everyone will have an opinion and you can never appease everyone - I have to remind myself of that daily," she said.
Meanwhile, Dobrev is still being linked to her ex-boyfriend Somerhalder. In fact, even though the "Final Girls" actress is already dating Stowell, Delena and Nian fans still want to see the estranged couple reunite.
Just recently, the actress put an end to these rumors by posting sweet tweets directed at her boyfriend of four months.
"That awkward moment when you realize you don't follow your girlfriend on Twitter #socialmediaproblems @ninadobrev," he wrote.
Dobrev replied, "That awkward moment when u realize ur not following him either&gotta do it real fast b4 he realizes."
Fans of Dobrev and Stowell couldn't help but note how adorable the couple was at that time.
In other news, Dobrev will star in an upcoming movie. However, details for the film are still being kept under wraps.
"I'm going to be cutting my hair for my next role. I'm doing a movie that I haven't announced yet, so I can't talk about it, but we're going to be cutting my hair for that," she said.
