Jamie Dornan's newly purchased five-bedroom house is reportedly causing delays to the production of "Fifty Shades Darker."
According to Franchise Herald, the actor and his wife Amelia Warner are both busy with making sure that their new house will be ready by the time their second child arrives.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reports that the new house was a gift from Dornan to his wife Warner.
"Two weeks ago, Jamie Dornan was sunning himself in Ibiza with his gorgeous wife Amelia Warner and their 22-month-old Dulcie. But the 33-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey hunk has now reportedly snapped up a relaxing retreat of his own, having allegedly laid down a whopping sum on a mansion in Cotswolds," the publication noted.
In other news, Warner's pregnancy is being cited as another reason why the production for "Fifty Shades Darker" could be delayed. In the past, Dornan revealed how deeply invested he is in his marriage to Warner. This means that when his wife gives birth, he will put everything aside to focus on her.
Since Warner is already a couple of months pregnant, she will most likely give birth around the same time that the production for "Fifty Shades Darker" is already ongoing. This means that if Dornan will miss some filming days, the entire production will also be delayed.
In the film, Dornan plays the role of Christian Grey, Anastasia Steele's (Dakota Johnson) dominant and former boss.
Meanwhile, "Fifty Shades Darker" will also introduce three new characters, namely, Mrs. Robinson, Leila Williams and Jack Hyde. As of late, the actor and actresses who will play the respective roles haven't been cast.
One fan previously commented that it's possible the casting will only be finalized a few months before "Fifty Shades Darker" is officially released.
"Fifty Shades Darker" will hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 10, 2017.
