Host Sean Hannity Lists Lloyd Harbor Home for $3.6 Million

Sean Hannity, the Fox News talk show host, has reportedly put up his home in Lloyd Harbor, New York, for sale with a price tag of $3.6 million.

According to the Real Estalker, Hannity had purchased the place in July 2003 for $3.45 million. Considering the rice, Hannity seems to be not looking for much profit from the sale.

The large residence sits on a massive 2.04 acre lot. Spanning an area of 4824 square feet, the house comprises of four bedrooms, five full and one half bathroom. The double story, colonial home boasts of comfortable interiors featuring hardwood flooring, drywall ceilings and large, wood-framed glass doors and windows.

The property also has a swimming pool, an observation deck that provides ample view of the sea and also access to the beach area.

According to News Day, Hannity's listing comes just days after he revealed plans of leaving New York State in the coming years due to the high taxes. Hannity and Governor Andrew Cuomo have had a bit of a disagreement on the tax issue, with the latter saying "extreme conservatives...have no place in the state of New York".

Elena D'Agostino of Signature Premier Properties speculates that it could be the reason for Hannity's listing.

Currently, Hannity and his family live In Center Island, where they own a large 11,000 plus square feet mansion. They purchased it in May 2008 for $8.5 million. The Real Estalker speculates that if Hannity is serious about leaving New York, the Center Island residence might come up on the market too.

While Hannity might be upset about New York state's condition, he seemed to have a good time on the popular talk show 'The Five', where he cooked up a meal for the panelists after he lost a Super Bowl bet.
