Ashley Greene, the 26-year-old actress and model famous for her role in "Twilight," is reported to have bought a single-story home in Beverly Hills.
The Real Estalker was the first to report on the transaction that has made quite a splash in the Los Angeles real estate market. According to the site, the "Twilight" actor previously rented the three-bedroom home for $10,995 per month, but recently sealed a deal on the property.
Although the original listing price of the 2,713-square-foot Beverly Hills property was a little below $2.495 million, Greene succeeded in purchasing it at a somewhat lower price. Los Angeles property records reveal that the house was sold in January for $2.435 million.
A report in Realtor.com says that the stylishly adorned property with red tile roofs was constructed in 1951. In addition to the three sunlit bedrooms, it also has three bathrooms. The home has beamed ceilings, skylights and French doors. The home's master suite includes a dressing area, a soaking tub and steam shower.
The entrance hall is small, but proper and leads to the living area, which has wood flooring and a concrete fireplace. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, has stone countertops and sophisticated appliances. There is a cozy swimming pool at the rear of the property besides a terrace that can be used for sunbathing, lounging and even dining.
Since her debut as Alice Cullen in the 2008 flick "Twilight," Greene has appeared in the film's sequels: "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" (2010); "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" (2011) and "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part II" (2012).
