Yolanda Foster, famous for her role in the television show "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," and her music producer husband David Foster have listed their Malibu home in California for sale.
The couple are asking for $27.5 million for their exquisite 11,622-square-foot custom-made home that reminds one of a quixotic European villa.
According to a report in The Daily Mail, the three-level home was built in 2009 and includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It showcases luxurious amenities, including an office, a screening room, top-tier recording studio, library, huge custom closets and an exercise room. The house boasts a stainless steel kitchen and a couple of billiard rooms together with a bar.
A massive, custom-made glass refrigerator is another major attraction tucked away in this three-level mansion. The refrigerator is so popular, in fact, it has its own Twitter handle followed by some 13,300 admirers.
The ceilings of this exotic home rise up to 12 feet and the wooden floors are made of recycled Bavarian walnut with huge glass doors that open to the outside.
In addition to a scenic pool and views of the Pacific Ocean, the premises include orchards of avocado and citrus trees, where the television personality and her husband have hosted numerous star-studded parties.
