Constance Zimmer, the 'House of Cards' actress, has reportedly sold her Hollywood Hills home for $1.22 million within two months of listing it, according to reports.
Zimmer's home debuted in the market with a $1.17 million price tag in December 2013. The house seems to have sold slightly above its asking price. The Realtor Blog broke news of the sale.
The 43-year-old actress purchased the home in July 2006 for about $1.14 million. Considering the sale price, Zimmer has pocketed a slight profit. Before putting it up for sale, Zimmer renovated the place a few times.
Listing records of the home state that the single family house spans an area of 1379 square feet. Comprising of two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, the house sits on a 5651-square- feet lot.
Spacious interiors of the residence feature hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and drywall ceilings. The home also has a large deck that provides ample space for lounging and panoramic views of the city. "You know it's one of the hardest shows to talk about because I can't talk about it. Because I feel like no matter what I say, I will be giving something away. What I can say is that this season is definitely going to shock and awe people."
