George Lopez, who is perhaps best known for his stand up comedy and his stint on ABC's 'The George Lopez Show', has reportedly purchased a home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles ,for $2.65 million, sources report.
The Real Estalker revealed news of the purchase. According to the publication, the residence is a 4100- square-feet single family residence comprising of four bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom.
Boasting of mixed flooring (hardwood and tile) and mixed ceilings (wood-beamed and drywall) the interiors of the two-story home are done up in style. Wrought-iron railings line the sweeping staircase that connects the two floors. The home has French doors and paned windows.
Living spaces include a formal living room, a separate dining area, a den, an office and a media room. The house also has a wet bar, a laundry room, a special wine storage and a tasting room.
Outside, the home has a shapely swimming pool with an attached spa and a lounging area. There is a manicured garden in the front as well.

More recently, Lopez was fixing up the intercom in his house. He tweeted about it with a vague video. However, it is uncertain if Lopez is referring to this particular house here.

The year 2014 seems to be a season of new beginnings for Lopez. Not only does he now own a new home but will also soon star in a new FX comedy series 'Saint George', which is slated to air March 6, 2014.
"In the tradition of George's frank and fearless standup comedy, Saint George will reflect his no-holds-barred comedic take on the tensions surrounding race, class, sex and family life in Los Angeles through the eyes of a man straddling two separate cultures," Kevin Beggs , Lionsgate Television Group President told Entertainment Weekly.
