Rumor has it that Johnny Depp, the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor, has purchased the famous Hadspen House Estate in Somerset, U.K., with his actress girlfriend Amber Heard.
The Hadspen House estate has been in the Hobhouse family since 1975. While details about the cost are scanty, Western Morning News reports that the price range of the home is somewhere between $19 million and $21 million.
However, the Real Estalker speculates that a South African businessman could be the buyer too. The unnamed businessman was seen touring the palatial property and apparently wants to convert the property into another version of the popular Babington House, a private members only club.
The Daily Mail reports that the huge property spans an area of 850 acres. The main residence is a 15,866-square-feet mansion, comprising of 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The multi-winged residence has multiple living rooms and sitting rooms, a separate wing dedicated to storage and multiple kitchens as well. A granary, a coach house and a clock house with an old barn are also part of the property.
While the interiors are done up in dark hardwood floors and French doors and windows, outside, the home has rolling greens and ample recreation area.

The real estate rumor comes on the heels of buzz that Depp and Heard are engaged. According to US Weekly, the 'Rum Diary' actress was seen sporting a princess cut diamond on her ring finger. The couple has yet to confirm the news.
A source apparently told Us Weekly that the two are planning to get married soon.
"The proposal happened a while ago. She just didn't wear the ring."
More recently, Depp and Heard were spotted at the Hollywood premiere of '3 Days to Kill', where Heard was seen wearing the ring. Depp was there to support her, reports E! Online.
