As a conclusion, the "HTC One E9+" beats "HTC Desire 828" in many aspects such as the display, RAM, and cameras. But the "HTC Desire 828" should also be given credit for its higher external memory capacity. Plus, a 13 MP rear camera is also not bad at all. The "HTC One E9+" is priced at around 370 Euro, so if the "HTC Desire 828" gets a price lower than that, it would be a very good deal.
