Justin Bieber looking to move, torn between Los Angeles and Atlanta

Justin Bieber, the teenage pop crooner and troublemaker, has apparently set his sights on Atlanta, according to a number of sources that say Bieber was seen looking for a home in Georgia's capital.

According to WetPaint.com, Bieber was in Atlanta last week, where he was spotted partying with hip-hop bigwigs like Diddy. The 19-year-old has reportedly approached T.I. and Rick Ross for advice on the best places to buy a home in the area.

Atlanta is familiar territory for Bieber, who lived there after Scooter Braun first signed him. However, the media is speculating he won't be moving permanently to the city as he was also recently spotted house hunting in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, Bieber has been looking to move out of his Calabasas neighborhood for about three months now, and has reportedly checked out a stallion ranch in the Hidden Hills area. Unfortunately for the "Baby" singer, one home that particularly caught his interest was quickly snatched up for $9.5 million by another buyer.

Bieber's mom, meanwhile, reportedly wants him to move to the Hollywood Hills area, according to MTV.

All of this is good news for the heartthrob's current neighbors, who have made it clear they want him out. Complaints regarding Bieber's wild behavior have ranged from loud parties carried on until 3 a.m. to smoking marijuana in front of the neighborhood kids.

"The Biebs" is allegedly an equal menace on the road, with NFL player Keyshawn Johnson filing an "over-speeding" case against the pop star. He's also been accused of threatening one neighbor and getting into an egg-hurling spat with another.

Overall, it's been a rough few months for the "Boyfriend" hitmaker: At this point, about 250,000 people have signed a petition to have Bieber deported to Canada. What's more, the egging incident could land the singer in more legal trouble yet to come.

Moving to Atlanta could be a good thing for Bieber as the city has less paparazzi, and Bieber has said he is looking to incorporate a heavier R&B influence into his music, reports TMZ.
