‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ Updates and Spoilers: Episode 7 ‘Flicker’ Uncovers a Great Secret

Episode 7 of ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ is all about secrets and revelations.

Bits and pieces of information regarding the past life of The Countess (Lady Gaga) infolds in episode 7 as piles and piles of bodies continue to build up at Hotel Cortez.

According to the synopsis of episode 7 of the FX anthology series, entitled ‘Flicker,’ Will Drake (Cheyenne Jackson) uncovers a “great secret” during renovations which were done on the hotel. Based on the promo video it looks as if the construction crew will discover a hidden hallway that hasn’t seen the light of day for years – if not ever. But just because it’s been unknown, doesn’t mean it’s empty. A crazed looking man attacks one of the workers.

“There’s a killer out there, murdering with impunity,” John warns the doc.

Moreover, according to IBTimes, John (Wes Bentley) will still continue to resolve things mentally and finally will met with a psychiatrist. He will undergo evaluation, but all he can think of is the Ten Commandments Killer. However, he is not done searching for the killer yet. The promotional video showed that he was asking a little girl to take him to the killer.

On the other hand, more of The Countess’ past will be revealed such as how she learnt the ‘fate of her first love.'

“Join us, little one,” a man says to her.

“Yes, forever,” she replies.

It was vague as to who turned her and when was the moment that she contracted with the ancient blood virus. However, there was a clip that showed her with James March (Evan Peters). Fans may be right as to their speculation of the marriage of the two characters at some point. There was also a scene where she walks into a room where James was engaging in a gruesome act with a guest.

“Next time I want to watch,” she tells him. And by the look on James’ face it appears as if he’s thrilled at that idea.

“American Horror Story: Hotel” episode 7 airs on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 10 p.m. EST. on FX.
